How do I make a call?
- Dial the toll free number,
for the country which you are in - click
here for a list of toll free numbers
- When the computer answers enter
either:
Enter your 10 digit Virtual Calling Card PIN number followed
by #
or
the last 7 digits of your Callback Access Number (digits
after 305 or 786) followed by # followed by your 4 or 5
digit PIN (password) followed by #.
- Dial your destination number
as follows:
For calls to USA, Canada: 1 + Area Code + Phone Number +
# Key
For calls to the rest of the world: 011 + Country Code +
Area Code + Phone Number + # Key
How do I sign up?
You can sign up for Virtual
Calling Card online. Applications normally take 2 working
days to process.
If I am staying in a hotel is it better
to use Callback or Virtual Calling Card?
Although Virtual Calling Card is the simplest option for hotels
you can use Callback in a hotel. To use callback you first
set your callback number to the hotel reception and then record
a personal
greeting asking the receptionist to transfer the callback
call to your room.
In addition callback can be used in almost any country worldwide
where Virtual Calling Card is available in few countries.
Is there any way to avoid entering
my PIN?
If you live in the USA then we can set our system up
to recognise the phone number you normally call from eg your
home or mobile phone. So when you dial up there is no need
to enter your pin - just your destination number.
