How do I access the service without a PIN?
When you sign-up, you give us your mobile phone number from which you will be placing your calls. When you dial UWT's USA local access number, UWT's system will automatically recognize your phone number and we will give you an immediate access to UWT's network. How do we recognize it? Every USA mobile phone, including yours, has a unique caller ID number. Basically, when you dial our access number the system recognizes your phone number (via caller ID) and gives you immediate access to UWT's network.

Why is it just for US mobile users with national unlimited calling plans?
The USA Local Access is 1 305 357 3444, a Miami based phone number. If you have a national unlimited calling plan, your mobile provider will not charge you for this call, which enables us to give you lower rates in comparison to a service with a toll free access number.

What if the system does not recognize my phone number?
For any reason if UWT's system does not recognize your phone number, you will be asked to enter your PIN number (this PIN number will be provided after you sign up for this service).

What if I travel outside of my coverage area or if I travel overseas, can I still use your service?
Of course! If you are outside your coverage area and in the US, you can dial 1 800 390 2475 from any US phone, enter your 10 digit PIN number and place your call. If you are outside the US you can still use this service provided you are in one of the 30 countries where UWT provides international toll free numbers. Simply dial the toll-free number for the country you are in and enter your 10 digit pin for access.
