If you live in the USA you can dial UWT directly. There is no need to use callback. You have three choices of service:

0800 Access - Can be used from any telephone in the US. Costs the same as using callback. More
Direct Dial (from a landline)- You dial up UWT's access number in Florida. US leg of call costs less than when you use 0800 access but you pay your national phone provider for the national call. More
USA Mobile Connect (from a mobile phone) - You dial up UWT's number in Florida using your mobile phone. Saves if you have an unlimited national dialing plan on your mobile phone. More
