What is the Callback Service?
When you become a customer, we assign to you a unique and
exclusive phone number in the US - your access or trigger
number. To place a call through our network, you dial your
access number and hang up at the first ring. Because the call
was not completed, you are not charged by your local phone
company for this call.
Seconds later, our computer calls you back. When you pick
up the receiver you will hear a voice prompt that lets you
know you are connected to UWT’s network. You enter the
destination number you wish to call followed by the # key,
and your call is connected.
