takes 2-3 working days. Alternatively if you would prefer
to submit your application by fax you can download the application
form (click here),
complete it and fax it to UWT.
Can I use callback if I am staying in a hotel?
Yes you can - If
the telephone at which you wish to be called back is in a
hotel, or connects through a manual switchboard, you can record
a message asking the switchboard operator to connect the call
to your room or office.
Click
here for instructions on how to set this up.
How do I pay for my calls?
United World Telecom will debit your Visa, MasterCard, American
Express or JCB card on a monthly basis. Invoices may be sent
by airmail or email (but we recommend email as there is a
USD 2 charge for airmail). Monthly invoices include a detailed
breakdown of all calls made during the period. You can also
prepay your UWT
account - see below for details.
Can I prepay my account and not use
a credit card?
You can prepay your account - click
here for details.
Can I use this system from my mobile phone?
Yes - just set your mobile phone number as the callback number.
Please note that calls to mobile phones are generally more
than calls to a landline in the same country. However, UWT's
rates are likely to be significantly less than the international
rates offered by your mobile phone provider.
